CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. If you’ve made an error with your order, you can return it once it has been received.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED
It’s possible that your order may be canceled if inventory sells out. If this happens, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend joining our waitlist for any sold-out items.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?
VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover, Shop Pay, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes modifications to items, cancellations, or address updates.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?
If your order has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our Customer Service team at info@wearnine3.com for assistance.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, each with a unique tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be updated. We will only ship to the address provided at the time of the original order.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We do not currently ship to PO boxes. Please connect with our team for further shipping arrangements on products info@wearnine3.com.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Lifestyle Returns (not customized)
We have a 30-day return policy on all NINE3 lifestyle clothing (not customized). Customized orders are final and cannot be returned.
Sports Returns (custom jerseys and equipment)
All custom sports orders are final and cannot be returned. However, if there's an issue/ defect with your uniforms or you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@wearnine3.com
Glove Returns (not customized)
We have a 15-day return policy on our karting/ sim racing gloves. Customized orders are final and cannot be returned.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to return and placing a new order for the replacement.
WHEN APPROVED, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS MARKED FINAL SALE?
Products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED?
Any additional taxes/duties required to clear the package through customs must be paid in full by the recipient. It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to cover any duties or taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes may vary by country and are charged when the goods reach their destination. Please be aware that our warehouse is based in Canada.
PRODUCT CARE
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY NINE3 GLOVES?
- Tumble dry low, or dry in the shade.
- Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener.
- Periodically replenish with water-repellent finish spray.
- Remove gloves carefully after each use, pulling and stretching gloves excessively can cause damage.
- Hand washing is preferred to clean gloves
- Excessive stretching or pulling will damage the gloves and stitching.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY SPORTS EQUIPMENT FROM NINE3?
- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry low
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron
