10. NINE3 Performance Wear Teamwear Designs / Product Development

All teamwear designs, concepts, mockups, artwork, patterns, specifications, and product development materials created by NINE3 Performance Wear are the exclusive intellectual property of NINE3 Performance Wear, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

By engaging NINE3 Performance Wear for custom teamwear design or product development, clients acknowledge and agree that these designs are created solely for production and use through NINE3 Performance Wear. Any use of NINE3 Performance Wear–created designs with another manufacturer, supplier, or third party—whether in full or in part—without prior written consent from NINE3 Performance Wear is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reproducing or modifying NINE3 Performance Wear designs

  • Sharing design files, mockups, or specifications with other companies

  • Manufacturing similar or identical products based on NINE3 Performance Wear designs

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of NINE3 Performance Wear designs will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal costs.
