Logos must be sent in an SVG/ Ai format and also include all relevant details (design idea, & logo placement).

Each customer will be sent an order sheet and sizing chart that will need to be filled out prior to the order being submitted.

Each customer for any custom order must pay a 50% deposit in order to start production of that order.

An invoice for the amount owing will be sent prior to production. Once production is complete, delivery costs and the remaining balance will be due upon delivery.

Lead time for Teamwear 4-7 weeks

Lead time for Sports teamkits 2-4 weeks

The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping or pickup.

Customer will be notified when order is ready for shipment or pickup.
